On the account, \u201conlytobekingagain\u201d, Zimmerman uses the name Joe G. His\u00a0attorney confirmed to the<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/2012\/05\/01\/2778234\/myspace-page-is-latest-salvo-in.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">Miami Herald<\/span>\u00a0<\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">that the\u00a02005\u00a0myspace page does belong\u00a0to his client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">On August 24, 2005, Zimmerman posted this comment \u201c\u00a0Im still free! The ex hoe tried her hardest, but the judge saw through it! Big Mike, reppin the Dverse security makin me look a million bucks, broke her down! Thanks to everyone for checkin up on me! Stay tuned for the\u00a0A.T.F. charges\u2026\u2026\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Court documents obtained by<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color:#0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/usnews.nbcnews.com\/_news\/2012\/03\/27\/10894561-zimmerman-accused-of-domestic-violence-fighting-with-a-police-officer?lite\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">MSNBC.com<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color:#000000;\">in 2012\u00a0show multiple run ins with law enforcement during this same period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">The three incidents took place in Orange County, Fla.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">In 2005 he\u00a0was arrested and charged with \u201cresisting officer with violence\u201d and \u201cbattery of law enforcement officer,\u201d both which are third-degree felonies. The charge was reduced to \u201cresisting officer without violence\u201d and then waived when he entered an alcohol education program. Contemporaneous accounts indicate he shoved an officer who was questioning a friend for alleged underage drinking at an Orange County bar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">In August 2005, Zimmerman\u2019s ex-fiancee, Veronica Zuazo, filed a civil motion for a restraining order alleging domestic violence. Zimmerman counter-filed for a restraining order against Zuazo. The competing claims were resolved with both restraining orders being granted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">A few days after Zimmerman\u2019s August 24 comment he posted the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u201c2\u00a0felonies dropped to 1 misdemeanor!!!!!!!!!!! The man knows he was wrong but still got this hump, Thanks to everyone friends and fam, G baby you know your my rock!\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Besides referring to his former fianc\u00e9e as the \u201cex-hoe\u201d Zimmerman made disparaging remarks about Mexicans living near his\u00a0hometown of Manassas, Virginia, calling them \u201csoft ass wanna be thugs\u201d and accusing them of being car vandals.\u00a0He even\u00a0went\u00a0as far as to say\u00a0that every \u201cMexican\u201d he saw held a knife to his throat. What these comments suggest is an \u201call or none\u201d\u00a0pattern of thinking,\u00a0where he\u00a0applies stereotypes and broad generalizations to\u00a0\u201devery\u201d member of a group or class.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u201cI dont miss driving around scared to hit mexicans walkin on the side of the street, soft ass wanna be thugs messin with peoples cars when they aint around (what are you provin, that you can dent a car when no ones watchin) dont make you a man in my book. Workin 96 hours to get a decent pay check, gettin knifes pulled on you by every mexican you run into!\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">While Trayvon Martin\u2019s facebook page was allowed into evidence during the trial and was used to help the defense paint a picture of someone who would be seen as intimidating or threatening, for some reason the prosecution did not bring up Zimmerman\u2019s myspace page. On this\u00a0public page\u00a0Zimmerman implicates himself in more than a single violent crime, and also demonstrates that he has strong prejudicial feelings about members of minorities groups.
