Comrade Carlos was a member of the Political Bureau of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcmle.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marxist-Leninist Communist Party of Ecuador<\/a> (PCMLE) and First Secretary of the PCMLE&#8217;s Guayas Provincial Committee. Comrade Carlos is survived by his children and grandchildren. The American Party of Labor offers its deepest condolences to Comrade Carlos&#8217; family, comrades, and all the working and exploited peoples of Ecuador, South America, and the world.
