{"id":5959,"date":"2011-05-18T03:34:10","date_gmt":"2011-05-18T03:34:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/theredphoenixapl.org\/?p=5959"},"modified":"2011-05-18T03:34:10","modified_gmt":"2011-05-18T03:34:10","slug":"ex-honduran-president-zelaya-will-return-between-may-27-to-may-29","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redphoenix.news\/es\/2011\/05\/ex-honduran-president-zelaya-will-return-between-may-27-to-may-29\/","title":{"rendered":"Ex-Honduran President Zelaya Will Return Between May 27 To May 29"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5961\" title=\"96995-050-AD5A52D2\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/redphoenixnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/96995-050-ad5a52d2.jpg?resize=490%2C332\" alt=\"\" width=\"490\" height=\"332\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\">Former Honduran President Manuel Zelaya will return to Honduras between May 27 and 29.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">His legal advisor, Rasel Tome said Zelaya will arrive at Toncontin International airport in the capital, where thousands of Hondurans will gather to welcome him in a reception organised by the National Popular Resistance Front (FNRP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Zelaya is returning a few days before the 41st Assembly of the Organisation of American States (OAS) in El Salvador, which begins June 5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">While two trials on corruption charges against Zelaya were annulled, the FNRP insists that the government is responsible for his personal safety once in Honduras, where his wife recently denounced a conspiracy to murder him, Tome said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Zelaya has been living in the Dominican Republic for more than a year after Honduran soldiers kidnapped him and sent him to Costa Rica on June 28, 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Honduras was expelled from the OAS, which set the safe return of the former Honduran president as a condition for re-entry, sources said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bernama.com\/bernama\/v5\/newsworld.php?id=587317\">Fuente<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Honduran President Manuel Zelaya will return to Honduras between May 27 and 29.
